At SMART Options we successfully work with over 100 individuals, both youth and adults, with developmental disabilities to find meaningful & rewarding employment.​



SMART Options has been contracting with Community Living British Columbia for over 20 years and works closely with employers in the Kamloops area to create innovative job opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities.

Through our contract with Ministry for Children and Family Development, we also run a pre-employment training program with youth (age 15 to18) and support youth to gain meaningful employment.
