Would never use these people again. We brought our 6 month old pup to them for training, and after many excuses for why no training occurred in 8 weeks, we drove the 4 hours and showed up, unannounced, to pick him up. His legs were covered in sores, he was skin and bones and his teeth were completely covered in plaque (obviously never fed the high-end food we provided). The dog was essentially held prisoner in a small cell the entire time, and remained psychologically scarred for months… probably never truly recovered. I am sick to this day that we didn’t trust our gut and pick him up when the excuses and BS started with these people. I truly wonder how they are still in business??
