These guys are shady beware, we contacted them to come out and look at my neighbours fridge, now this is the terrible part as she elderly, recently widowed and lives on her own which these guys took advantage of, it’s supposed to be $95 call out and diagnose the problem and they’re not allowed to proceed without giving an estimate of cost once the problem has been diagnosed, the excuse for a technician they sent out was there for 30mins, 20mins spent smoking in the driveway and 10mins looking at the fridge, he was quite rude and once he was done he said I just pressed the reset button but don’t know if it’ll last a day or a week, he then returned with an invoice for $230 without discussing this and actually doing any work, she was shocked, payed it as she just wanted him out of her house. I said it must be a mistake so we called them 9 times over a period of 7wks, the guy that answers the phone is also rude and just kept giving us the run around saying every time he needs to speak to his manager who’s never there, obviously it’s a transparent tactic of his, he refused to take responsibility and showed total contempt towards us from the first phone call to the last, shady company all day long as who does this to anyone never mind an elderly lady on her own, oh and the address in Kelowna is a P.O. Box so there’s no one to talk to here.
