Avoid Riviera Dental Clinic in Kamloops – Worst Experience Ever I had a terrible experience at Riviera Dental Clinic. I went with my wife for routine cleaning, and the dentist suggested removing a small black spot on my tooth and filling it. Due to their incompetence, I ended up with severe pain in two teeth that required unnecessary root canals. These teeth were perfectly fine before their treatment. Even after the root canals, my teeth now bleed regularly. The dentist admitted their mistake but casually justified the root canal, saying, “You’ll need it in old age anyway.” The receptionist and manager were rude, overcharged me, and only returned a small amount after calling me back. My wife and a friend also faced similar issues with their service. This clinic is unprofessional, dishonest, and their mistakes can cause lasting damage. Avoid them at all costs!
