Thompson Valley Taekwon-Do – established in 1987 a true martial arts experience. International Master Instructor Robert Gill has taught martial arts in the Thompson Valley region for more than thirty 36 years and has over forty years experience in martial arts – he met Grandmaster C.K. Choi in 1973 and began training with Master J.C. Kim in 1978
both pioneers of original Taekwon-Do. Meeting General Choi Hong Hi in 1986., and presently a member of Life International Taekwon-Do.

We have a dedicated school in Kamloops teaching the ITF style of Taekwon-Do and self defense as it was created, with moral values and physical training, a sport and a Martial Art with a strong life philosophy.
