Company Description

This page is a small selection of the artwork that has become part of my life. I have been an artist for as long as I can remember (at the age of 3, I even won an autographed photo from the Lone Ranger and Tonto for a drawing competition through television! Yes, I still have it!!)
In a nutshell :
I was enrolled in O.U.C (Kelowna BC) for fine arts and graphic design in the late 90's, it turned out that I appreciated the hands on approach o art, rather than computer generated. Therefore a tattoo apprenticeship came about in 1998 in Idaho,yes, an ACTUAL apprenticeship, I wasn't even allowed to tattoo until I could accurately control and draw with a pencil that had a .5 lb vibrating tattoo machine strapped to it! Soon after, I moved to Monterey California where I worked in Gold Coast Tattoo for 3 years, all the while still working on my acrylic paintings that hung neatly in a gallery in Big Sur California....
A move to Colorado in 2003 brought me back into custom picture framing (I am a P.P.F.A certified framer), with experience in painting restoration, picture frame restoration and every concept within the picture framing industry (from tapestries to 3 dimensional items). During this period, I was still painting, however, tattooing had taken a side seat as I had now delved into the world of Aquatic taxidermy.
I had been airbrushing and sculpting for years, (not to mention being an avid fisherman!) So what better way to learn how to do my own replica mounts!! I am currently certified in both replica and skin mounts for Aquatic taxidermy...but for some reason seem too busy to go fishing?! Go figure!! Currently, I only take on replica mounts, as well as "bill fish" weaponry reminiscent of the Polynesian culture.
Art for me (especially commissions) is not all about the almighty buck...it's about understanding what the customer wants, what is the idea that they have in their mind and want to convey, and, what chain of events brought them to configure a particular idea....sit down with me for a spell, and I can usually put your design thoughts on paper :)

So this page, although it is just a small sample...is encompassing of most of my artwork..tattoos, design drawing for tattoos paintings etc. But keep in mind, if you can think it, I most likely can make it or create it for you! Whether its custom airbrushed shoes, a quirky tattoo idea, sculpted clay or stone...feel free to ask me and I'll either tell you no way, or I'll give i a shot!!
