Bulldozed through the appointment, did not listen and made assumptions about my lifestyle and gave no advice on non surgical options. Insisted that I am referred to Kamloops rather then a more accessible location for surgery consultation based on personal opinion and friendship with surgeon. Seemed more interested in hitting the beach rather then attending to my medical needs. I was very put off and unhappy with how I was treated. Not to mention he asked loudly in the front lobby reception area if I was thought to have a mental disability as a child. Said it was my parents fault I have mobility issues.
