The idea for JJ's came from the need to provide outstanding quality and value in a mobile concept. We feel there is a need for Chefs to showcase their passions in food trucks and trailers. Free to explore and experiment in the culinary fields without all of the parameters and restrictions that come with traditional food venues. To all Chefs out there , live a little , get a food truck !!!!
