I had a terrible experience with them. Every time I spoke to somebody, I had to start over again with what was going on. They still didn’t understand. Compressor cost was to be covered by manufacturer yet they kept sending me quotes with the compressor price included. The combination of dealing with this service company and Samsung corporation led me to buy a new fridge instead of repairing the old one for 1/3 of the price. I spent over a week trying to deal with them and it became increasingly more frustrating and less productive. I will definitely never contact them again.
