AVOID THIS DISHONEST BUSINESS!! In April of 2026 I took my vehicle there for a minor repair as I had filed a claim. A female employee took my information and started the claim process. Minutes Later she drove my vehicle to the back of the business for a further inspection of the damage to my car. About 15 minutes later she returned with my vehicle and there was now new damage on my car. There was two new damage marks on my new vehicle. The employee said the vehicle's factory paint job can cause this problem with the paint on my car which was a ridiculous dumb response I ever heard. This vehicle was new and mint from the factory and clearly was not the case but an obvious attempt to cover up the damage they just caused to my car. There were two points of damage which they denied doing. The manager is a rude douche bag who was very dismissive of my concern about the new damage and I had no choice but to file another claim with ICBC. This business refused to offer compensation for the damage they caused or take any responsiblity for what their employee did. I would have thought this business would have a responsible and professional management team, but clearly he will say anything to protect the business and reputation even if it means lying to customers about what happens at this business. Very sad, this business needs to do better!
