Terrible customer service. The estimator measured every window incorrectly for a remove and replace order and when the windows arrived they were all scratched while Adera reps blamed the manufacturer. Refusing to take responsibility AND messing up the measurements cost the owner triple the time to have the installers fix the fit issues on top of the damages Adera refused to address. If there was an option to give this company a negative five star, I would.
