Bowen Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive form of bodywork that is performed by rolling "moves" over muscles, tendons and ligaments. These "moves" send messages along the nerve pathways to reset and balance the autonomic nervous system. Based in Penticton, BC. and serving the South Okanagan.
