I cannot figure out?? when not medically untreatable but by neglect to address. it is cyclical and long standing. You do not have to work long in our community or healthcare or have family try and access,, proper protocal.. or speak to these people to ..know their story.. is THE Kelowna Citizen Story... will leave you no where, if in a housing emmerge crisis not even longterm as these people are ..now a hidden path, being housed by bc housing at the shelters a cumbersome process of assessments not relevant to you or the average working person at all... is required.. the operative effect to me is to not divert, that it is structurally intentional since $$ money driven profiting...to shelter lock you till what.. some nc housing residnets aere kicked in and out over 308 yrs on the same narratives.. essential desgning .. street peopple .. homeless people.. even if never once close to it .. will turn you in my experiences into a ..fundable. data stat... not a human person having funding appropriate to solve a crissi or transtional move to our valley or while securing a job here..many dependants opportunities are destroyed.. believe me I know .. business sre destroyed... in msny sccounts by this dynamic..again long term and cyclical practices not adherant to mandated or signed to provide ... effective services... provide no viable excessible services phones, computers or ease od access to independant of the primary highest traffic areas of use through ourt day and noe in quieter areas or times of restricted use, staff are often the disrupters, loud and unnoticing of these factors will complain if said ... by example I am on the phone.. you are being rudeto them.. really ..the turn around is the slap of warning.. you will lose services.. if talking to me the staff like that... right.. there to help us excelerate not put up irrational barriers to reasonable use, where noise traffic movement and aprevailing attitudes of those who degrade themselvesto spit out vulgaties at eeach other, , the day or you.. horrid environments for zero room to..negotite even time room or space.. clearly not the agenda of KGM to acknowledge over time in perpetuating the image of rescue... well no rescue needed... pragmatic critical thinking not targeted at investment growth or other behind the front to the public shelter growth industry... homeless in BCc ... jump on th appearances yet not structurally identifying ... vast cultural, socio-economic classes and differeinces... exist ..criss are diverse and not alll are equal not their service requirements, or mental safety the same since who sat at your table sir or mam after banging up drugs all night ...so messed they face is int hte meal... hum.. never in mine nor most of us.. are unserved.... they lack of plannign for multiple people doing multiple calls alonew .. on one phone says it... so simple to do... yet not any differient than years of previous ..indoctrination from higher levels.. to not do allow or provide... ask a disabled person sick or ill or just unable to get a doctors notice for an extra blanket .. good example... including appropriately places electrical outlets.. for a significant portion of the day... room to but no... minimal use.... they can by layout alone clearly provide unhampered or via methods, with some more prevasive training to not regard these ... outstandingly .. since not from the higher organizational level it been instituted also instilled... will prevent your essential duties to rentals and act as if impervious to the moment when tthey are crititcala and esssential to succeed., details can be clarified by even a brief encounter with... the system.. over decades...be it as an owner or tenant.. fire, floods ,mold or other toxic events happen where you must leave or are unable due to safety reasons go back.. usully if a renter due to long term landlord and developers neglect.. 50 yrs rentinghome and business in our community, housing 5 on my own for 30.. how can I not be intricately aware of our homes, community and services or how they are afflicted and effect us...I speak with some authority having paid, by my own hard work and income >down others property investments, taxes and all, we are NOT provided for and yes we must enter into a uncompromizing internally generated, politically intrinsic, well covered public and other ''doctrines of practices .. buried in reclusively unanswered and unmediated abuses to ..the citizens... contrary to their narratives... without negating the value of the work of those who are navigating sever recovery or other lifelong lifestyle patterns... we are not them and yet.. we have none of the funding devoted or used to provide protect or excellerate our exit .. in days not months .. you may have to wait without reprieve or safe ..hotel or their shatter schelters accesible ... FOR MYSELF IRRELEVANT TO THE STAND OF HOUSING NEEDED OR USED FOR HOME AND BUSINESS.. be not deciueved... it is real a crisis can equal destruction of any secure jobor lifeastyle you are able to maintain... documented case exist and testimony...any one can get ..be clear this is a broken and illusional if no delussional coalition of interaacting often Interior Health Authorities control over multiple services, mentl health and brain injury two separate but highly neglected essential services do block both Doctors NP and other refreralls,, constantly.. this is an evolutionary observation and personal experience and that of hundreds of others .. you ask them on the streets how they got addicted how many are MEDICALLY induced and feed into the illusion .. more so.. if listening and in the sheltering housing these indiviuals repeats itself as entrapped .. shelter locked.. within a few weeks if seeking help.. it is chart bound by an inept, institutuionalized, systemic problem being DR/IH induced dellusion, any challenge is recorded as difficult, in the milder aspects.. seemingly confusing , sick injured or normal conditions in people with chronic personal instablities that do reqquire not holding tamks at the cost of millions adequate government and institutional forces.. to make happen not continue operating at a ..scalper level,to our community provincial and even fedreral funding. they swoop in like vultures when they, in my years of observations or medical services myself to capture the operational aspects that do contribute and or creat this...their are significant stats to indicate the truth behind this very appeture of mental abuse, verbal and other actively used behaviour from trained professionals.. bound to higher standards of practice than we can expect..swallowing up OUR funding from charted as inaccurately as possible you are not self maintatining or sustaining.. presenting deadly afflicted..it is ALL personal choices, abuses or post 2000 when intercepted or suffer it . in shelter without safe clean place to recover..
